      If any of the food storage supplies you purchased from us fail to meet your satisfaction, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will make it right or give you a full refund. It's that simple.

      Due to food laws and regulations, once opened we are unable to accept returns on food products. If there is a problem with the quality, please contact us so we can ensure you receive what you ordered.
    • Manufacturer's Warranty (Non-Food Products)
      If any of our products fail due to defects in materials or workmanship within the manufacturer's warranty period, we will help you to obtain the manufacturer's warranty or replace it ourselves.

    Our RETURN POLICY

    A “Return Authorization Letter” is required for all returns. Please contact us should this be necessary. The instructions, documentation, Return Authorization Letter, and the item must be carefully repacked in its original container and mailed back via Prepaid UPS or Insured U.S. Mail to the address specified in the letter.

    Once received, we will verify the return and credit the cost of shipping to your account toward a future purchase if the product was defective or an error on our part.

    Refused orders or orders sent without a Return Authorization Letter will incur the full shipping and storage costs to and from the customer. The amount refunded, if any, will be the difference between what was paid and the incurred costs.  

    All requests for returns and credits must be made within 30 days of delivery.

    Our SHIPPING POLICY 

    We will do what we can to ship your orders as fast as possible. While we expect to ship within as little as 2-3 business days, it can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on customer demand and product supplies.

    We will notify you when the product ships and provide you with a tracking number for your convenience.

    Most items are shipped UPS. Please be sure to provide your street address.
